1. Tickets are non-transferable, non-returnable, and non-replaceable.
2. Only one ticket, one entry per person, is allowed. Re-entry on the same ticket is not allowed.
3. Ticket charges are exclusive of GST.
4. No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects, including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, bottles, or musical instruments, are allowed in the venue and may be ejected with or without the owner from the venue, and no refund will be made.
5. Diamond Parks will not be held responsible for any injury, damage, or loss caused to you in the park.
6. Any claims regarding the same would be settled in Pune's jurisdiction.
7. People in an inebriated state may not be allowed entry.
8. Smoking is prohibited in all Park areas, except in designated smoking zones.
9. Outside Liquor / food & beverages are not allowed inside the park.
10. The Park reserves the right to click photograph, videotape, or record visitors for promotional purposes.
11. Visitors are welcome to take personal photographs or videos for non-commercial purposes, as long as it does not disrupt the experience of others.

    Cloths with Lycra / Nylon / Synthetic material are mandatory for Water Park access

    For Adventure Park –
    Shoes are mandatory
    Wet clothes are not allowed
    Rides are based on weight and height criteria
    
    For Hop A Little –
    Socks are mandatory at the activity area
    The play area in Hop A Little is permitted for kids with height up to 152 cms. or 12 years of age
    
    For Camping –
    Activity inclusions are subject to change as per package selected.
    
    For Copa De Colina –
